1573 – ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAmr ibn al-ʿĀṣ (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand other Muslims remain safe, and the emigrant (muhājir) is he who abandons whatever Allah has forbidden.” Agreed upon.
