1275 – Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) related that the Prophet ﷺ visited Saʿd ibn ʿUbādah (may Allah be pleased with him). Saʿd presented bread and oil, and the Prophet ate. Then he ﷺ said, “May those who are fasting break their fast with you, may the righteous partake of your food, and may the angels pray for you.” Reported by Abū Dāwūd with a sound chain.
