Fatimah al-Zahraʾ
The fragrant blossom of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him

The life of Fatimah al-Zahraʾ is a shining chapter in the biography of the great Messenger ﷺ, a splendid portrait of the noble Prophetic Household, and a stellar example of the lofty character that marked the venerable Companions.

Fatimah al-Zahraʾ, may Allah be pleased with her, was born in the year the Kaʿbah was rebuilt, five years before the advent of the Prophetic mission.

Her mother was a dignified lady who joined keen, penetrating intellect (1) to illustrious lineage, and combined these with the finest virtues,
