- He further states: A courageous Muslim may lawfully initiate a request for single combat, yet it is not recommended for him to do so, because he cannot be sure he will not be killed, and that could break the Muslims’ resolve.
٤ - وقال أيضًا: ويباح للرجل المسلم الشجاع طلب المبارزة ابتداءً، ولا يستحب له ذلك؛ لأنَّه لا يأمن أن يُقْتل، فتنكسر قلوب المسلمين.
