a matter—that they should have any choice in their affair.” (Al-Aḥzāb 33:36) This verse is universal in all matters: once Allah and His Messenger have passed judgment on something, no one is entitled to oppose it or to claim any choice, opinion, or statement against it.
9 – A legal case concerning “Wādī al-Naqīʿ” was lodged with the judge of Wādī al-Faraʿ, Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Rāḍī. After examining the issue from every angle, consulting the sources, and seeking the expertise of local specialists, he ruled that the Prophet’s ﷺ grazing reserve must remain intact for the public benefit that existed in the Prophet’s own time. His verdict was affirmed by the Court of Appeal for the Western Region, and the title deed he issued is numbered (7) and dated 29/1/1406 AH. May Allah send blessings upon our Prophet Muḥammad.
