- Touching or kissing the Black Stone is sanctioned for anyone who can do so with ease; but when the crowd is dense and other pilgrims would be harmed, it is not prescribed. In fact, leaving it is superior, for the act of touching or kissing the Stone is merely commendable, whereas harming people is forbidden. A recommended deed must never be placed ahead of a prohibited one.
٣ - مشروعية استلام الحجر الأسود، أو تقبيله لمن سهل عليه ذلك، أما مع الزحام وأذية الطائفين فلا يشرع، بل تركه أفضل إذ الاستلام، أو التقبيل فضيلة فقط، وأذية الناس محرَّمة، فلا يقدم المستحب على المحرم.
