92 — Ahmad ibn Jamīl narrated to me. ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mubārak narrated to us. Yūnus narrated to us, from al-Zuhrī, who said: ‘Urwa ibn al-Zubayr informed me, from his father, that Abū Bakr al-Siddīq—may Allah be pleased with him—said while addressing the people: “O Muslims, observe modesty before Allah! By Him in whose hand is my soul, whenever I go to relieve myself in the open, I keep my head covered with my garment out of modesty before my Lord, Mighty and Majestic.”
