362 — Abū Ishāq Ismāʿīl ibn Abī al-Hārith narrated to me, saying: Shabāba narrated to us, saying: Khārija ibn Musʿab narrated to us from al-Dahhāk ibn Uthmān, from Abū Salama ibn Abd al-Rahmān ibn Awf, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, a gift takes hold of one’s hearing, sight, and heart.”
