309 — Muhammad ibn al-Husayn related to me. He said: Yahyā ibn Abī Bukayr related to me, from Abbād ibn al-Walīd al-Qurashī, who said:
“Amr ibn Ubayd would give his brethren dinars and dirhams. Sometimes he would even remove his garment and hand it to one of them, saying, ‘Nothing compares, in my estimation, to treating you well.’”
