272 — Al-Hasan ibn ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz al-Jarawī narrated to us: Yahyā ibn Hassān narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Abān al-Juʿfī narrated to us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from ʿAtāʾ ibn Yasār, from Abū Hurayra, who said: The Messenger of Allah—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said, “Whoever incurs a debt while intending not to repay the creditor is a thief.”
