258 — Al-Husayn ibn ʿAlī ibn Yazīd al-Sudāʾī narrated to us: My father narrated to us, saying: Saʿd ibn Salmān al-Basrī, Abū Habīb, narrated to us, from Yazīd al-Raqāshī, from Anas ibn Mālik, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “A parent’s supplication for his child is like a prophet’s supplication for his nation, and a child’s supplication for his parent is likewise.”
