24 — Ya‘qūb ibn ‘Ubayd narrated to us. He said: Abū Mushir narrated to us; Sahl ibn Hāshim narrated to us, from Ibrāhīm ibn Adham, who said: When Allah, Exalted is He, revealed, “Make allowances and enjoin what is right” [al-A‘rāf: 199], the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “I was commanded to make allowances for people’s dispositions.”
