163 — Yūsuf ibn Mūsā narrated to us, saying: Hajjāj ibn Minhāl narrated to us, saying: Hammād ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Alī ibn Zayd, who said:
“Someone who saw al-Zubayr informed me: ‘Indeed, his chest bore marks resembling eyes, left by spear thrusts and arrows.’”
١٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، نا حَجَّاجٌ مِنَ الْمِنْهَالِ، نا حمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ، رَأَى الزُّبَيْرَ: «وَإِنَّ فِي صَدْرِهِ أَمْثَالُ الْعُيونِ مِنَ الطَّعْنِ وَالرَّمْي»
