78 – The judge Abū al-Qāsim informed us; Abū ʿAlī narrated to us; ʿAbdullāh narrated to us; Ibrāhīm ibn al-Mustamir narrated to me; Mūsā ibn Ismāʿīl al-Minqarī narrated to us; al-Jarrāḥ ibn Malīḥ, from Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, from al-Shaʿbī, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever is not grateful to people is not grateful to Allah, and whoever is not grateful for a little is not grateful for much.”
