73 – Al-Qāḍī Abū al-Qāsim informed us; Abū ʿAlī narrated to us; ʿAbdullāh narrated to us; Ibrāhīm narrated to me; Sulaymān ibn Dāwūd al-Ṭayālisī narrated to us; Muḥammad ibn Ṭalḥah ibn Muṣarrif narrated to us—from ʿAbdullāh ibn Sharīk al-ʿĀmirī—from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʿAdī al-Kindī—from al-Ashʿath ibn Qays—who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever does not thank people does not thank Allah.”
٧٣ - أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاضِي أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ الْعَامِرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ لَا يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ لَا يَشْكُرُ اللَّهَ»
