26 – Qadi Abu al-Qasim informed us; Abu ‘Ali narrated to us; ‘Abd Allah narrated to us; Khalid ibn Khidash al-Muhallabi and ‘Ubayd Allah ibn ‘Umar al-Jushami narrated to us. They said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Wasi‘, who told me from a man, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever relieves a Muslim of one of the distresses of this world, Allah will relieve him of a distress among the distresses of the Hereafter. Whoever conceals his Muslim brother in this world, Allah will conceal him in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah remains in the servant’s aid so long as the servant is in the aid of his brother.”
