19 – The judge Abu al-Qasim informed us; Abu ‘Ali narrated to us; ‘Abd Allah narrated to us; Ahmad ibn ‘Imran al-Akhnasi reported: I heard Abu Bakr ibn ‘Ayyash, from Sulayman al-Taymi, from Anas ibn Malik, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“When the Day of Resurrection comes, Allah—glorified and exalted—is He—will set the people of Paradise in rows and the people of the Fire in rows. A man standing among the rows of the Fire will look toward the rows of the people of Paradise and say, ‘O so-and-so, do you not remember the day I showed you a kindness in the world?’ He will seize him by the hand and reply, ‘Indeed I do…,’ and he went on to relate the remainder of the hadith at length.”
