99 – The judge Abū al-Qāsim informed us; Abū ʿAlī narrated to us; ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us; Abū Khaythamah related to me; Ribʿī ibn Ibrāhīm narrated to us; ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Isḥāq narrated to us, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Muʿāwiyah, from Ḥanẓalah ibn Qays, from Abū al-Yasar, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever would love for Allah to shade him beneath His Shade should grant respite to a debtor in hardship, or else cancel the debt altogether.”
