58 — ‘Abdullāh narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to me, saying: Abū Mu‘āwiyah narrated to us, saying: Suhayl ibn Abī Sālih narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn ‘Umar, who said:

“While the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was alive and his Companions were numerous, we used to rank Abū Bakr, ‘Umar, and ‘Uthmān, then say no more.”
