428 - Abd Allāh narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to me, saying: Abū Mu‘āwiyah narrated to us, saying: Wiqā’ ibn Iyās al-Asadī narrated to us, from Alī ibn Rabī‘ah al-Wālibī, from Alī, who said:

“I certainly know the best of this community after its Prophet: Abū Bakr and Umar. If I wished to name the third, I would do so.”
