310 — ‘Abdullāh narrated to us: al-Hasan ibn Hammād Sajjāda narrated to us: Sufyān narrated to us, from Ismā‘īl ibn Abī Khālid, from al-Sha‘bī, who said:

‘Alī said from the pulpit: “We did not consider it far-fetched that tranquility spoke through ‘Umar’s tongue.”
