4 - ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us: Zakariyyā ibn Yahyā ibn Sabīh, Zahmawayh, narrated to me, and Muhammad ibn Khālid ibn ʿAbd Allāh narrated to me. Both said: Ibrāhīm ibn Saʿd narrated to us, saying: ʿUbayda ibn Abī Rā’ita narrated to me, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿAbd al-Rahmān, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn Mughaffal al-Muzanī, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“Fear Allah! Fear Allah regarding my Companions! Do not make my Companions targets. Whoever loves them does so out of love for me, and whoever hates them does so out of hatred for me. Whoever harms them has harmed me, and whoever harms me has offended Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, and He will soon seize him.”
