308 — ‘Abdullāh narrated to us: ‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar Abū ‘Abd al-Rahmān narrated to me: ‘Abd al-Hamīd al-Himmānī narrated to us: al-Nadr ibn ‘Abd al-Rahmān Abū ‘Umar narrated to us, from ‘Ikrima, from Ibn ‘Abbās, who said:

“When ‘Umar embraced Islam, the polytheists said, ‘These people have now evened the score with us.’”
