238 – ʿAbd Allāh narrated to us, saying: Yahyā ibn Maʿīn narrated to us, saying: al-Ashjaʿī narrated to us, saying: Abū Ghassān informed me, from Abū Bakr ibn Hafs, who said:

“If you wish to speak of al-Mutayyabīn, then speak of Abū Bakr and ʿUmar and their deeds.”
