214 - ‘Abdullāh narrated to us, saying: Hudba ibn Khālid narrated to us, saying: Hammād ibn Salama narrated to us, from Sa‘īd al-Jurayrī, from ‘Abdullāh ibn Shaqīq, from ‘Amr ibn al-‘Ās, who said:
“O Messenger of Allah, who is most beloved to you?”
He replied: “‘Ā’isha.”
I asked: “Among men?”
He replied: “Abū Bakr.” Then he said: “Abū ‘Ubayda ibn al-Jarrāh.”
٢١٤ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قثنا هُدْبَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَنْ أَحَبُّ النَّاسِ إِلَيْكَ؟ قَالَ: «عَائِشَةُ» ، قَالَ: مِنَ الرِّجَالِ؟ قَالَ: «أَبُو بَكْرٍ» ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «أَبُو عُبَيْدَةَ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ» .
