206 - ‘Abdullāh narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Sulaymān ibn Habīb al-Asadī, known as Luwayn, narrated to us, saying: Abū al-Malīh narrated to us, from ‘Abdullāh ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Aqīl, from Jābir ibn ‘Abdullāh, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“A man among the people of Paradise will emerge from beneath this cluster of date palms.” Then he said, “O Allah, if You will, let it be ‘Alī.” And ‘Alī emerged.
