Ahmad informed us; Abu Bakr narrated to us:

53 – My father told me: A certain sage said to his son, “My dear boy, what leads you to drink nabidh (fermented beverage)?” He replied, “It helps me digest my food.” The sage answered, “By Allah, my son, it digests your religion far more!”
