Ahmad reported to us:

30 – Abu Bakr narrated to us; al-Harith Abu ʿUmar narrated to us; he said: Yahya ibn Maʿin narrated to us; he said: al-Muʿtamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us; he said: My father said to me, “I have been informed that you asked ʿUbayd Allah ibn ʿUmar about the strong nabidh that ʿUmar used to drink.” He replied, “It was intensely sweet.”
