51 – Abu Bakr al-Tamimi related to me; Muhammad ibn Yusuf related to us; Israʾil related to us, from Thuwair, from his father, from ʿAli, who said, “The Quranic verse dearest to me is: ‘Indeed, Allah does not forgive that partners be associated with Him, but He forgives whatever is less than that for whomever He wills.’ (Quran 4:48).”
