48 – ʿAwn ibn Ibrahim narrated to us; Hisham ibn ʿAmmar narrated to us; Ishaq ibn Ibrahim ibn Nistas al-Kathiri narrated to us; he said: Murbaʿ related to me from Umm Anas, who said: “I asked, ‘Give me counsel, O Messenger of Allah.’ He said: ‘Shun sins, for that is the best hijrah; uphold the obligatory acts, for they are the best jihad; and remember Allah profusely, for tomorrow you will not meet Allah with anything more beloved to Him than abundant remembrance of Him.’”
٤٨ - حَدَّثَنِي عَوْنُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ الْكُثَيرِيِّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُرْبَعٌ، عَنْ أُمِّ أَنَسٍ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: أَوْصِنِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ: «اهْجُرِي الْمَعَاصِيَ؛ فَإِنَّهَا أَفْضَلُ الْهِجْرَةِ، وَحَافِظِي عَلَى الْفَرَائِضِ؛ فَإِنَّهَا أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ، وَأَكْثِرِي مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ؛ فَإِنَّكِ لَا تَأْتِينَ اللَّهَ غَدًا بِشَيْءٍ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ كَثْرَةِ ذِكْرِهِ»
