- Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us; he said: Ibn ʿAmmar ibn Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu ʿAmarah, from Anas, who related it from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “For any one of you to wear garments of various colors is better for him than to incur a debt he has no means to repay.”
١٧٢ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «لَأَنْ يَلْبَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَلْوَانًا شَتَّى، خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَسْتَدِينَ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ قَضَاؤُهُ»
