99 – Ishaq narrated to us; he said: I heard Sufyan relate that Mutarrif ibn ‘Abd Allah overheard a man saying to another, “ … ,” whereupon he said, “Leave that alone—whenever you mention Allah, first consider to what you are directing that mention.”
