5 – Muhammad b. al-Husayn narrated to me; he said: ʿAbd Allah b. al-Faraj told me, from Fath al-Mawsili, who said: Adam—peace be upon him—remarked, “My son, my grief has endured so long; your father was driven out of Paradise so that your soul would not perish.”
