58 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us, Muhammad ibn al-Husayn told me, Ahmad ibn Ishaq al-Hadrami told me, Mutiʿ al-Farisi told me, saying:

“One of the devout worshippers said to me, ‘Your very grief over the length of your grieving is enough for you; for more than once a single resolute aspiration has brought forth everlasting joy.’”
