35 – Abu ʿAbd Allah ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, from Ismaʿil ibn Ibrahim, from Yunus, who said: Al-Hasan declared, “By Allah, a believer never greets the morning without being sorrowful, nor reaches the evening without being sorrowful.” Yunus added: “Seldom would you meet al-Hasan without finding him looking as though he had just been struck by a fresh calamity.”
