94 — ʿAbdullah narrated to us; Muhammad ibn al-Husayn narrated to me; Khalid ibn Yazid ibn al-Tabib transmitted, saying, “I heard Muhammad ibn al-Nadr al-Harithi state: ‘The thought of death has absorbed the hearts of the God-fearing and turned them away from this world. By Allah, once they came to know its bitter agonies and distress, they never again found in it any joy to which they could return.’”
