99 – Shujaʿ ibn al-Ashras narrated to us; Baqiyyah ibn al-Walid narrated to us, from Zurʿah al-Zabidi, from al-Awzaʿi, who said: “When the year 160 AH comes, the best of your children will be daughters.”
٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْأَشْرَسِ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ زُرْعَةَ الزَّبِيدِيِّ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: «إِذَا كَانَتْ سَنَةُ سِتِّينَ وَمِائَةٍ، فَخَيْرُ أَوْلَادِكُمُ الْبَنَاتُ»
