95 – Salamah ibn Shabīb related to me; al-Ḥumaydī related to us, from Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah, from ʿUbayd Allah al-Saʿdī, that he had received the report: “Allah loves the man who has been blessed with daughters. Lot—peace be upon him—was the father of daughters; Shuʿayb—peace be upon him—was the father of daughters; and the Prophet ﷺ was the father of daughters.”
٩٥ - حَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ السَّعْدِيِّ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ «أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الرَّجُلَ الْمِبْنَاتَ، وَكَانَ لُوطٌ ﵇ ذَا بَنَاتٍ، وَكَانَ شُعَيْبٌ ﵇ ذَا بَنَاتٍ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ذَا بَنَاتٍ»
