553 – Suraij narrated to me; Ibn Thābit reported to us, from Jaʿfar ibn Maysarah, from his father, from Ibn ʿUmar, who said:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “May Allah curse the wives who keep procrastinating.” They asked, “Who are the procrastinating wives?” He replied, “A man calls his wife to his bed and she keeps saying, ‘Soon, soon,’ until drowsiness overtakes him and he falls asleep.

The Prophet ﷺ also said, “It is not lawful for a woman to spend the night without offering herself to her husband.” They asked, “How does she offer herself?” ⦗750⦘ He answered, “She removes her clothes, enters his bed, and presses her skin against his.”
