469 – Abu Khaythama related to us; Yaʿqub ibn Ibrahim related to us; the nephew of Ibn Shihab narrated to us, from his uncle; Saʿid ibn al-Musayyab told me, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Woman is like a crooked rib: if you attempt to straighten her you will break her, but if you leave her be you may enjoy her while the curve remains.”
