440 – Ishaq ibn Ismaʿil narrated to us; Jarir narrated to us, from Ismaʿil ibn Abi Khalid, from Qays, who said: “I saw several sons of ʿAbd Allah playing in front of him, and he remarked, ‘Their dying would be easier for me to bear than an equal number of dung beetles.’”
