I came to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) while my appearance was shabby. He asked me, “Do you own any wealth?” I replied, “Yes.” He said, “What kind of wealth?” I answered, “Allah has granted me everything: camels, horses, slaves, and sheep.” He said, “When Allah gives you wealth, let its effects be seen on you.”
