Al-Nafaqa 'ala al-'IyalIbn Abi al-Dunya

311 – Ishaq ibn Isma‘il narrated to us; Jarir narrated, from Mansur, from Abu al-Duha, who said: al-Dahhak ibn Qays used to say, “People, teach your households the Quran. For any Muslim—man or woman—whom Allah has destined for Paradise, two angels will come and stand on either side of him, saying, ‘Recite and ascend through the ranks of Paradise,’ until they place him at the level that matches how much of the Quran he knows.”
