294 – Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated to us; Ya‘qub ibn Ibrahim ibn Sa‘d narrated to us; ‘Abd al-Malik ibn al-Rabi‘ ibn Sabrah al-Juhani narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “When your children reach seven years of age, separate them in their beds; and when they reach ten, discipline them regarding the prayer.”
