215 – Muhammad ibn ʿImrān ibn Muhammad ibn Abī Laylā narrated to us; my father narrated to us; Ibn Abī Laylā narrated to me, from ʿAṭiyya, from Abū Saʿīd, who said: “A little boy—Abū Saʿīd even stated his name—came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was in prostration. The child climbed onto his back, and the Prophet held him with his hand. Then he rose to the standing position with the boy still on his back, bowed, and finally set him down, whereupon the child ran off.”
