188 – ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Nafi‘ narrated to us; Abu Tumaylah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever does not show mercy to our young and honor our elders is not one of us.”
