187 – Ziyad ibn Ayyub narrated to me; Ibn Harun narrated to us; al-Walid ibn Jamil informed us, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever does not honor our elders and show mercy to our young is not one of us.”
