172 – Ibn al-Mubarak likewise related to us; Muhammad ibn Sulaym narrated it, from Qatadah, who said: “It used to be said: ‘When a boy reaches puberty and his father does not arrange his marriage, and he then commits an indecent act, the sin rests upon the father.’”
