161 – Abu ʿAbd al-Rahman al-Azdi narrated to us, saying that he had been informed by Abu al-Ahwas, who related: “Someone asked Sufyan, ‘To what extent did your grief for your son reach?’ He answered, ‘On the day he died, I passed blood in my urine.’”
