140 – Muḥammad said: Muḥammad ibn ʿAbbād related to me, saying, “A client of ours known as Abū ʿAbbād told me that Hind bint al-Muhallab once observed: ‘I have found no remedy for wanton impulsiveness better than remaining quietly at home. True, many a dwelling people resort to yields no real advantage, yet in every situation staying put is, all things considered, the soundest course.’”
